Refund Policy

If any of our products do not meet your expectations, we want to know. As such, please email support@flowingfree.org.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the reason for your dissatisfaction

We will gladly exchange or refund the purchase price of your unopened product in full within 30 days of the return.

NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

  • Refunds will only be issued to the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
  • The cost of the original shipping will not be refunded.
  • Returns due to quality issues/defects will be at the expense of Flowing Free Holistic Health, all other returns must be sent back at the expense of the customer.
  • If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product (Buyer is responsible for paying the shipping cost) or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
  • If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return your payment.

We are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.  You may cancel your order before it has been processed and/or shipped.

After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
